Looking Back on Summer 2024

Summer 2024 was a huge success! So many lives were changed, and many encountered Jesus in a new way. This past summer’s theme was Eclipse, where we explored the books of the Prophets from Isaiah through Malachi. As we delved into these Scriptures, we saw a recurring theme of God’s constant grace and forgiveness towards His people, despite their repeated sins and turning away from Him—creating an “Eclipse” in their relationship with Him. 

With all summer programs centered around this theme, we shared how God blesses us even when we feel undeserving of His love and grace. We emphasized how much God desires a relationship with each of us. 

We were privileged to share this great news with so many campers this past summer: 

Group Camp: Over 573 campers attended five different sessions. 

Day Camp: Over 928 campers participated throughout 10 weeks of summer. 

Service Team: 22 campers served during three separate 3-week sessions. 

This success would not have been possible without our amazing summer staff who answered the call to serve. We hired 45 staff members from around the world, representing 15 different countries, bringing a rich diversity of cultures that enriched the camp experience for all.  

As we prepare for Summer 2025, we are excited to enter year five of our seven-year journey through the Bible. This summer, our focus will be on the Gospels, where we will share the story of Jesus’ miraculous birth, His sacrifice for our sins, and His triumph over death, affirming that He is our Lord and Savior. 

We would love for you to partner with us in prayer as we prepare for the upcoming summer. Please pray for the 50 summer staff we hope to hire—that they will be energetic, fun, and most importantly, passionate about Jesus and making a positive impact on campers’ lives. Additionally, please pray for all the campers who will attend, that their hearts and minds will be open to receiving God’s word and grace.
